Mold and leak damage
Bathrooms and plumbing leave much to be desired. Some tenants in ground-floor units experience water or sewage leaking from the unit above. Others have mold growing in their homes due to the generally poor repair of the structure.

This place is a major health hazard. Nobody should have to live in a mess like that.
